Operated by Tanya of Twisted Tanyas fame, Jungle Bistro features fresh and
light dishes highlighting locally sourced ingredients whenever possible,
fare that is not easily found down in the village of Copan Ruinas such as;
blueberry pancakes, smoked salmon, soups, salads, fresh artisan crafted
cheeses and juicy burgers cooked just the way you like 'em. As well Tanya is
a master craftsman when it comes to the art of mixing up her famous tropical
inspired coctails.
